1  Technical requirements
1.1 General requirements
1.1.1 The 3M tape here mainly refers to 3M fiber tape with reinforced glass fiber or polyester fiber inside;
1.1.2 The standard unit is roll, and the length is according to specific requirements. The material should meet the requirements, and the 3M tape should be taken evenly without damaging the end face. There should be no obvious wrinkles, deformation, color difference, overflowing glue and uneven end surface. After unwinding, the surface of the tape should be free of impurities and stains, and the thickness of the adhesive layer should be uniform and continuously distributed.
1.2  Performance requirements 1.2.1  Peel strength  Under normal conditions, the peel strength at 180°C is ≥5N/25mm; after wet heat aging, the peel strength at 180°C is ≥5N/25mm.
1.2.2   tensile strength  tensile strength ≥30N/cm.
1.2.3   Elongation at break Elongation at break ≥170%. 1.2.4   Sticking force Sticking force≤3mm/h.
1.3 Environmental protection should meet relevant national and regional environmental protection requirements.
2  Inspection rules 2.1  When the sample is sent for the first time or when we request it, the supplier shall provide the factory inspection report and quality certificate of the product, and the quality department needs to obtain the sealing sample from the technical department as one of the basis for subsequent incoming inspection;  2.2 Dimension monitoring, performance testing, sampling inspection of each batch;
3  Test method.
3.1 Size detection method
3.1.1   Length measurement 3M tape is unrolled and placed on a plane with a length of 1m without applying any external force, and measured with a steel tape measure with a division value of not more than 1mm.
3.1.2   Broadband measurement  Take a 300mm long test piece, use a vernier caliper with an index value not greater than 0.1mm, and take three places along the length with approximately equal spacing for measurement, and take the average value.
3.1.3 Measurement of inner diameter of rolls   Use a vernier caliper to measure the inner diameter of 3 parts of the cylinder core, and take the average value.
3.2 Performance test
3.2.1           Normal state: take a 200mm wide 25± sample with a length of 200mm (the adhesive surface should not be in contact with any items) and bond it to the cleaned stainless steel plate, and then press it back and forth by hand (20±0.5N) for 3 times, without any Allow air bubbles in it, then place it for 20min, peel off the adhesive surface 25mm from the test plate, then clamp it with a clip, use a tension meter to peel off continuously at a speed of 300mm/min±10mm/min, peel off 25mm and record the data once, a total of 4 records are recorded. Take the average of the numbers. Damp heat: Place the whole roll of samples in a constant temperature and humidity box with a temperature of 62±2℃ and a relative humidity of 80±5% for 24 hours.

Tested according to the normal test method.
3.2.2   Tensile Strength  Place the sample flat in the holder, and after clamping, load the sample at a speed of 300mm/min to stretch the sample to break, and measure the maximum tensile force of its working part. Tensile strength is the ratio of the maximum tensile force of the sample to fracture and the initial width of the sample. The method is carried out according to HG/T 3949.
3.2.3 The elongation at break is measured according to 5.2.2. The elongation at break is the percentage of the elongation after the sample is stretched to break and the initial length. The test method is carried out according to HG/T 3949.
3.2.4 When sampling, remove the outer layer 3-5 layers. Test environment: under the conditions of temperature 23±2℃, relative humidity 65±5%, the sample is adhered to the experimental board and placed for 20min, and then the experimental board is fixed vertically On the test stand, gently link the loading plate and the weight with a pin. After the specified time is reached, remove the weight and measure the sliding displacement of the sample with a magnifying glass with an indexing, accurate to 0.1mm; or record the test The time for the sample to fall off the test plate. If the time is greater than or equal to 1h, the unit is min, and the unit is s if it is less than 1h. The test method is according to GB/T 4851.
3.3   Appearance Using visual inspection, it should meet the requirements of 3.1.
